Todd Weiss, CFA is the Founder, President and CEO of Sunshine Processing Solutions. Todd has over 14 years experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career he has been directly involved in financing, pricing, negotiation and underwriting of over $1,000,000,000 in real estate and commercial transactions throughout the United States. Prior to founding Sunshine Processing Solutions, Todd served as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch where he managed CMBS Loan Origination in the Western and Southeastern Regions for the Private Client Group.

Joseph H. Romano serves as the Eastern Regional Manager for Sunshine Processing Solutions. Joe has over 45 years sales and marketing experience in several industries including high tech medical equipment, software and financial services. Joe has over 14 years experience in the payment processing industry. His fields of expertise include credit card processing, check verification and guarantee and remote deposit capture. In addition to these services, Joe is an expert in the hardware component to payment processing including credit card terminals, pin pads, check imagers and readers and point of sale systems.

Phillip Romano serves as the Western Regional Manager for Sunshine Processing Solutions. Phil has over 10 years of sales & marketing experience in both the retail, wholesale and financial services sector. Prior to joining Sunshine, Phil served as both a Sales Executive and Co-Director of Sales and Marketing Training for Bloomberg L.P. During his time at Bloomberg, Phil was responsible for hardware/software sales to major financial institutions including investment banks, investment advisors and sales and trading firms. In addition to sales, Phil was responsible for training and development for new sales representatives. Phil has over three years experience in the credit card processing industry. His experience in both hardware and software components of the business make him a valued member of our company.
